Each cottage offers a uniquely spectacular the Pacific Ocean view. Built on a slope, the property enjoys an unhindered view in every cottage from the comfort of each room. There are two bathing rooms offering this breathtaking view, with one even available during off-peak season. Enjoy the majesty of the mighty Pacific from the privacy of your bath, which can also be booked for exclusive use. Please mention your preference during booking to confirm availability. Adjoining the cottages is the BBQ pit, also affording visitors an ocean view. Reserve this space in advance to enjoy delicious roasted cuisine in complete privacy. The single bedroom, dining room and kitchen combination accommodates 4 to 6. Situated on the slope’s apex, it is recommended for youthful, athletic adults who can easily negotiate the climb. For the less athletically inclined, we also offer the double bedroom, dining room and kitchen combination cottage. We also offer a deluxe cottage that accommodates up to 15 guests, and offers barbecuing in a private garden. The kitchen was additionally refurbished last spring for greater convenience and ease of use. Our grand cottage accommodates up to 20 guests, and has a built-in platform, available for a variety of ceremonial functions. The spacious living room opens onto the oceanside veranda, a popular BBQ spot all your guests can appreciate. This cottage was also recently upgraded with its own private outdoor hot spring. This property is conveniently located only 7 minutes on foot from the sandy beach, and a number of restaurants (open seven days a week) are only 5 minutes away. Within 15 minutes’ driving are a convenience store, Shimoda Aquarium, the Kua House hot springs, and the Dolphin Beach, where one can play with live dolphins. Groups arriving by coach must provide advance notice upon booking, allowing us to explain about our parking facilities. We request that you please understand our strict “no-fireworks” policies for your own safety and protection. This site is very hilly, so vehicles not built for such terrain are not recommended. There are sea view terrace on the 1st floor, and large one is also on the 2nd floor. If you want barbecue,every property need to reserve advance. The large-sized property can do BBQ on terrace.

Consecutive night stay : When staying consecutive nights in season "A" only,
there will be a 5% discount on accommodation rate.

Student discounts : When staying consecutive nights in season "A" only,
there will be a 10% discount on accommodation rate.

Friday and Saturday discount : When you stay from Friday for 2 nights, there will be 50% discount of only friday on your accommodation rate.(Except summer,GW,new year holiday,etc.Please confirm the terms of application before booking.)

Please bring your own toothbrush, pajamas, shampoo, towel, soap, bath towels, seasoning, food and beverages.We will prepare the futon or bed and linens (sheets, pillowcases).

We also provide cookware/tableware/minimal cooking utensils, such as dishes, cutting board, kitchen knife, chopsticks, spoon, frying pan, pan, dishcloth, and toilet paper is prepared according to the number of guests. (As details vary, please confirm them on each cottage’s "Further details"section.)

Parking is provided, but space is limited, so we recommend five people per vehicle. If more parking space is required, please fill in our "Inquiry Form" or "Reservation Form". If you use a bus or microbus, please book the parking. Depending on the accommodation, you may have to pay an additional parking fee.
