This beautiful cottage is nestled atop a small cliff, and its green pastel facade and island-style interior make it very popular! Every room includes a pristine kitchen and a private bath with window views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean to melt away daily stress and fatigue!

The ocean side offers double units, and for long-term stays, the mountain side twin is highly recommended. A convenience store is only a 5-minute drive away.

This spot is popular among repeat visitors. Offering Izu Ocean swimming until mid-September, it’s perfect for late-summer vacationers.

In summer, the Irita Bay swimming area is open, and is a mere 5-minute walk from the cottage door.

In Winter, you can pick Oranges and Kiwis, and Aloe and Irises are on display at flower festivals. In Spring, the cherry blossoms are truly spectacular, so visitors can enjoy yellow blossoms at the Southern Cherry Blossom and Rape Blossom Festivals. Throughout the year, the exotic Parisian Bagatelle Park offers the dazzling colors and scents of a wide variety of flowers.

Izu Shimoda is also famous for its historical Perry Harbor town, with the harmonious ocean, nature and leisure. From spring to summer, you can frolic with dolphins at the beach surrounded by unparalleled scenic beauty.

Please bring your own toothbrush, pajamas, shampoo, towel, soap, bath towels, seasoning, food and beverages.We will prepare the futon or bed and linens (sheets, pillowcases).

We also provide cookware/tableware/minimal cooking utensils, such as dishes, cutting board, kitchen knife, chopsticks, spoon, frying pan, pan, dishcloth, and toilet paper is prepared according to the number of guests. (As details vary, please confirm them on each cottage’s "Further details"section.)

Parking is provided, but space is limited, so we recommend five people per vehicle. If more parking space is required, please fill in our "Inquiry Form" or "Reservation Form". If you use a bus or microbus, please book the parking. Depending on the accommodation, you may have to pay an additional parking fee.

You can reserve our rental cottage at least four business days before your departure. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservations made after three business days prior to your departure.

After receiving your reservation mail, we will send a confirmation message. Please be sure to check this reply.

When we receive an email reservation by 17:00 on a weekday, we will send you a confirmation mail as your bill the same day.When we receive email reservations outside our business hours, we will reply as soon as possible on the next business day.

If you need to cancel after making a reservation, you will need to pay a cancellation and a handling charge. Please confirm your booking requirements before clicking the "Reserve" button.
